What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address and the details you submit in enquiry, romance scam check, employee check and members-area forms, including email addresses and domains you ask us to monitor.
• Domains, phone numbers and other details you enter into our free tools.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• A login cookie that keeps you signed in to the members area, and basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) recorded by our hosting provider for security and operation.

How we use it

• To provide the services you request, respond to enquiries and send alerts or reports.
• To manage subscriptions, billing, logins and support.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We never ask for your passwords.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run ImposterWatch, such as Stripe (payments), our hosting and storage providers (Vercel) and email providers, only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
